Holiday Inn Niagara Falls-By The Falls, An Ihg Hotel, Niagara Falls

The hotel had modern clean rooms, although our room was on the lower level with no view. The room was pretty and big. The service was very friendly and helpful, despite the lack of a view. The location was excellent, perfect for our plans, very close to the falls. The dining experience was good overall but lacked variety in the buffet. The facilities were well-kept, and the price offered good value for money.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to Clifton Hill and the casino, offering a quiet environment at night. The rooms were warm and comfortable but lacked Do Not Disturb signs, and there were cleanliness issues during check-in. The service varied from rude to friendly and efficient, with occasional noisy environments due to staffing issues. The dining experience had some hits and misses, with fresh and basic choices on different days. The hotel's location was perfect for casino visits and proximity to attractions, although some areas like the hot tub were dated.

The hotel has very nice updates in the rooms but could use a bit more workmanship on wallpapers and ceilings in the washroom. The check-in wasn't ready until 3, just like for everyone else, but the location was quite nice and an easy walk to the falls.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with a comfortable room but had some issues like extra charges and breakfast confusion. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls.
